Mis-sold me a take home lateral flow test. Told me the test met entry restrictions for the USA as the result is signed by a physician, later found out the test has to be administered by a physician. Are now refusing to refund me, after I explicitly asked about travel to the USA, and northfields pharmacy gave me incorrect information.

The pharmacists and team here are excellent, very helpful and always go the extra mile. I would recommend them for their good advice, assistance with sorting out medication issues and genuine friendliness. Also they carry some nice non medical products as well, always worth a little browse.
