Dr Suhail Hussain gave me a home visit over the weekend. He came very quickly, was with me for 1.5 hrs and was extremely thorough and empathic to me needs. He followed up this visit by phoning me on 2 occasions shortly after the consultation to check on my health. I overall I was very impressed by the level of care, attention and professionalism.

The clinical staff are excellent, but the receptionists are extremely rude. It makes it an very unpleasant experience coming here. I don't understand why people in a position like this would treat customers so badly. I would not recommend this horrible place at all.

Dr Hussein was extremely thorough, professional and kind. He was able to see me at extremely short notice, was so reassuring and very caring - he has followed up a few times this week and I could not recommend him or the clinic more. Would not hesitate to go back, they were fantastic - especially Dr Hussein

Poor experience getting an antibody test, incredibly slow & unprofessional service for 125. Appointment was supposed to be at 10am, doctor finally strolled in with her coffee at 10:25. During the appointment she asked me why I was there and whether I had had covid. When I bluntly told her I was there for an antibody test since I didn't know whether I had covid, she proceeded to raise her voice and say "I'm a doctor I need to ask the questions!!" She ranted like that for a couple of minutes before finally calming down and taking my blood. Bizarre. Have never witnessed this from a doctor before

I visited to make an appointment. I was seen that afternoon by the delightful Dr. Behnam. I got a prescription and was told I would be contacted after laboratory tests had been carried out. A couple of days later, I was called back and given a further prescription. No queues, no waiting about, just efficient, caring professionalism. I thoroughly recommend this clinic.
