Best service we have ever received from any pharmacy! Thanks to Hampstead Heath Pharmacy, my babies were able to get the BCG vaccinations in our home. The vaccinations were given very professionally, considerately and with zero pain, the babies did not even cry! My husband and I were amazed how well everything went. We do recommend the Hampstead Heath Pharmacy because of the first class service they provide.

Excellent vaccination of my babies. Seen on time, good price, the pharmacist really knew about the vaccinations and was able to discuss the risks and benefits in detail with me. One baby didnt even notice or cry at the injection! Would really recommend and will be back :)

Absolutely disgraceful covid testing. Paid for the same day result in order to travel the next day in the morning, and it was not delivered by 12am as promised. Upon requesting a refund for the next day test difference, been told that the laboratory could not arrive to the test conclusion (positive or negative), therefore they will not issue the refund. And since the result was inconclusive, been asked to immediately leave the premises because it MAY BE positive. Great tactics to avoid providing any explanation on their screw up. Still dont have the test result on hand. Will never use this pharmacy

I am very grateful for the kind and conscientious assistance Hampstead Heath Pharmacy gave me on a recent trip to London from the US. My previous experience with on-line testing centers had been mixed, and I was worried I would not be able to get the results I needed in the one-day window the new regulations require. The UK gov list of testing centers is confusing and overwhelming, and I was very glad I called Hampstead Heath Pharmacy, as they took the time to help me choose what tests I needed. The service at this pharmacy is quick and efficient. It's also to be noted that it offers a blood testing service, which is very useful given the lack of blood testing centres in the neighbourhood.
