You can choose to speak to them over the counter, or if you prefer, in our private consultation room. At Quadrant Pharmacy we have increased our efficiency by investing in technology, and are the first pharmacy in St Albans to install an automated dispensing robot.

Our Pharmacist is a highly trained medical professional and can offer advice and treatment for many minor ailments & minor injuries. A fair number of prescription only medicines are now available privately from this pharmacy without the need for a prescription, including treatments for erectile dysfunction and all travel medicines.

If you feel the issue you wish to complain about can be resolved with us, please contact us and ask to speak to the superintendent pharmacist. Alternatively we also operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system of dealing with complaints. Our procedure meets national criteria and our pharmacist can give you further information.

We have a comprehenisve stock of prescription medicines in-store. If for some reason we do not have the prescription items you require, we have the ability to source most items for the next working day. If your GP is participating in the NHS repeat dispensing scheme and is local to this pharmacy, we can provide this service.
NHS Prescriptions

We dispense all NHS prescriptions. We keep a comprehensive stock of prescription medicines and use a fast and efficient wholesaler service to enable us to fill all prescriptions promptly. Please hand your prescription in at the pharmacy counter and the dispensary team will prepare your medication. Our pharmacist is always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have about any medication you are taking.
