Strange counter assistant, she is quite odd. One of the weirdest and rudest experiences ive had in a pharmacy she just laughs a lot for no reason?? Not sure what would be funny about people coming to the pharmacy with health issues?! never seen her here before, hope she doesnt stay long. The rest of the staff are lovely and its clear she has made more stress to the team who are constantly having to take over. someone send help!

Tilehurst pharmacy school Road, Reading. Not very happy with service as left standing at the till for 5 mins and when I was servied the lady walked off to get my prescription, to then deal with a phone call leaving me stand again for a further 5 mins. The shop had enough staff to service and I was the only one waiting to be serviced at the till with another person waiting for a prescription being processed. I have 15 yrs experience in pharmacy and never have i been left waiting while they have a chat and laugh... I know the NHS and other services work hard, but so do others and I've a grandad
