Terrible service, i phoned up while I was very ill and spoke to the staff asking if they had a medication in stock which they confirmed that they did and asked them to put to the side for me to collect. When I got there they pretended as if our conversation didnt happen even after me showing them proof of our phone call on my phone. They are either liars or completely incompetent (or both)

Expensive Pharmacy (Will always rethink now onwards)
Need to review price labels or suppliers. I went to buy Strepsils Honey & Lemon Sore Throat Relief Lozenges, cost was 4.69 for 16x, whereas boots sells it for 2.99 (24x), nearby pharmacy sold it for 3.99 (24x), Superdrug sells it for 4.79 (36x). Difference of approx 15 pence per Lozenge. This is just with one item, not sure what about other OTC items / prescriptions!!

If you are looking for pharmacy for regular medication this is the right one. Never had problems and staff is polite and professional. And they have systems what will notify you when your prescription are ready for collecting,never have to worry about when and how many more medication I have. Thank you and continue with fantastic job
