Awful experience getting a 24 hour PCR test for my mum. She completed the test at 9am Thursday and still no result. We had to go somewhere else to get a test. It also cost 150. I think this might actually be a scam.

Booked a chickenpox vaccination for my child on their website and received email confirmation. Called a few days ahead to check whether it was still possible to take place. They had no stock of the vaccination and no record of my appointment.

Terrible place - staff and management totally disordered and v rude. Need to go on some sort of management course. Many businesses are having a good Covid and providing good customer service. This business isn't. Not a clue - totally disorganised and shabby. Should be a beacon of community light in these dark times not a dark hole. FYI talking about a paying customer behind their back is not a good optic. Shame on you Touchstone.

Very rude staff. Left me waiting in the queue without even acknowledging that I was patiently waiting. Definitely don't recommend this pharmacy. Not helpful staff at all. Left me feeling very upset.

Very poor customer service. Have been trying to get travel vaccinations for the last 3 weeks and have been told to call back another day and when I do call, I am told someone will call me back which had never followed through. If you are looking to get travel vaccinations, I wouldn't recommend going here especially if you are already anxious about vaccinations and need effective answers and easy process of booking a simple consultation.
