Your local pharmacy with a difference. They will collect your prescription direct from the doctors surgery and delivery the items to your door. The team at the Hive Pharmacy are always helpful and discreet. They have a side room where you can discuss things of a sensitive nature or have your blood pressure checked or flu jab administered. They look after you in every way possible.

The staff here go above and beyond for you! They always make you feel welcome and are very quick they was very helpful with an issue I had between my doctor and them and they was very patient, they deserve all the 5 stars they help a lot cant say I have any complaints about this pharmacy !

Just signed up to the NHS app and registered with Hive Pharmacy as getting my repeat prescriptions from my other pharmacy was hit and miss. My first experience of Hive has been excellent with items ready promptly and even a text to let me know they are ready. Parking is easy too. So glad I changed.

EDIT: The team was quick to clarify and resolve the issue, which ended up with a quick refund of the mask. Therefore, I am revising the rating based on the support I have received. Thank you. I'm quite surprised at the 5 stars all around? The service I received has simply shown how uppity these people are. I thought I bought a re-usable face mask for 7+ (plus nearly 4 for posting it!!!) and even after selecting the right department on their website and scanning down the page, I received a disposable one. The support has done nothing to help and simply thrown the whole situation in my face

Really helpful and friendly staff. Service today was brilliant, the staff really helped me understand the way the NHS prepayment system works, Sash I believe was a star and refunded me the amount paid for my prescriptions today which I've used to last me for 3 months. Highly recommended.
