Husband and wife duo Leighton and Gemma started out as a dynamic duo with bags of experience in the property market, having worked both locally and central London. In July 2022 Leighton Snow launched their Lettings department, with the super-talented and knowledgeable Heather Gettings taking the reins. Heather comes from a strong lettings background with over ten years' experience in the field. Keen to get her teeth into a new challenge Heather is excited to make the lettings department just as popular as the sales. The creation of online agents offers a cheaper solution but often fails to deliver the personal and professional service required to see through the largest and most complex transaction most people undertake.Customer service and local knowledge can be lost in an online world, but with over fifty years of combined experience there are few problems the Leighton Snow team have not resolved before. Our offices are on the first floor where you can visit us for a meeting or just a friendly catch up over a coffee in our meeting room. In an age where Rightmove and the internet dominate property search and sales, we feel a better approach is to forgo the large and expensive office and focus on the business of selling property in a timely, organised manner. Our office in Bramhall allows clients to pop in and speak with us during business hours and when our office is closed our phones transfer through to our personal mobiles so we're always contactable.

We invited Leighton Snow along with two other well known local agents to give us an appraisal of our property. Although the valuations were all similar we were impressed by Leighton's market knowledge and confidence. The sale process was conducted very professionally and proactively by Nicola, Emmie, and Gemma who were always in contact throughout. Most important thing... Leighton's team (Rachel in our case) sold our house! A close watch was kept on how things were progressing and we were contacted as and when necessary to keep us fully informed as to what was happening and what was going to happen. Never felt the need to chase for an update. Very happy with whole process. If we ever sell again (hoping not!) would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I recently sold my house through Leighton Snow Estate Agents and it has been a completely positive and satisfactory experience from start to finish. Each member of the team was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept informed of developments at every stage of the process in a proactive way. Although they deal with numerous properties, I was always made to feel as though mine was the only one on their books; such was the level of service. I cannot recommend Leighton Snow Estate Agents highly enough.

I purchased a property which was sold via Leighton Snow. I primarily dealt with Rachel who was absolutely brilliant, Rachel and team are professional, organised and friendly. I was most impressed in the proactive approach throughout the entire process, once our offer was accepted Rachel did not stop, they did an excellent job of making sure things were progressing, addressing any challenges and keeping everyone informed.
