I was way out of my comfort zone with a move from Essex to the North West and wanted a company that was professional, efficient, effective and friendly. Hilary was exactly what I needed. She knows the local area well, liaised with me consistently, always took my calls and brought the deal to a satisfactory end. It wasn't always easy but she was unfailingly polite and nothing was too much trouble.
