Over 35 years' experience in the Financial Services Sector has acquired vast knowledge to complement managing the demands of a National Award Winning Estate Agency. Predominantly looks after day to day tasks of the Lettings Business liaising with Landlords and Tenants but oversees all aspects of the expanding business.

All Lynks properties are dealt with by Phillip Armstrong-Beckett (Office Manager) and Kevin Sample (Director) ensuring that you will always have continuity of service. You won't have to deal with multiple agents or keep repeating yourself on the phone again! We don't charge for many of the "extras" other high street agents do and we charge less for management.

Once your files are completed and you are accepted you will be requested to pay a deposit which is normally equal to one month's rent but may be maximum of 6 weeks and this will be registered and held in the DPS (The Deposit Protection Scheme). If available a Rent Guarantee Policy may be offered where appropriate.

We are the same as any other "normal high street agent", however we only have one head office which covers the whole of the Gtr Manchester and Cheshire areas. Other than these two points we do everything else you would expect from a more traditional agent. This depends on which option you choose, Option 1 is 299+ VAT, Option 2 is 499 + VAT, or Option 3 is 0.75% + vat when you sell the property.
