I cannot believe this company, they sent me a letter giving a value of my property of 191-199K and then I decided to enquire to see what they would offer, and they offered 80K! I don't know what kind of world you live in, but that is just an outright insult! Absolute waste of my time and insulted me along the way!

Very unprofessional and their sales handlers are never available - Several times I had buyers on my driveway trying to make an offer and no staff were available their end to entertain an offer. .....On completion day they were meant to contact me to arrange the handover of keys and confirm funds received etc..........The handler concerned left for the day and did not pass it on to a compatriot which left me handling everything when I was in the middle of my own removal. Shambolic company... Avoid at all costs!!
