Weve been dealing with this company for at least 10 years now. The company is acutely aware that their clients are both tenants and owners. They put in a great deal of effort to insure both owners and tenants are supported. As an owner we respond straight away to our agents requests for repairs etc.
Welet then take action. Its a formulae that has worked well for many years. We find them very professional and a great asset. Without them we couldnt work. Letting is by no means an easy business. Not something one should attempt alone. Weve had some excellent tenants and one or two unfortunate

Felt compelled to write a review to bring justice to WeLet. Ive only just Googled them to find contact details to refer them to a friend and realise they have such low ratings which I totally cant understand nor agree with. Weve been with WeLet since 2013 and theyve been managing our properties very professionally since. Never had any issues/headaches as they take all the stress and responsibility out of owning a letting property. All previous tenants were long term, minimum of 2years + so I can only assume theyre happy with the management too!

I spoke with a secretary called Stacy, placed an offer to the Landlord which was rejected by the secretary.Propably she is the Landlaidy.Called back again asking to speak with the manager but she denied ! These people did not show any respect at all.

A very unprofessional lettings Agency that kept a large chunk of my deposit without providing transparency on why. Instead I was shamed about "leaving a dirty apartment" which I had cleaned for 2 days straight. Apparently lint in the washing machine rubber insulation counts as dirty... To be fair, they highlighted other areas that were not to their standards but feels like they were looking for any reason to keep my deposit while not being communicative when I pointed out several issues with the apartment. Go elsewhere if you can or wait for this dying industry to be fully replaced by apps.

Beware, Beware, Beware!!!! A disgraceful, unprofessional, incompetent poor excuse for an agency. There is a reason for the bad reviews and low rating; Look no further for evidence of systemic stupidity than beyond your initial conversation. All I can say, is rent from these clowns at your own risk!!!
