We rented a house through Joules following a re-location and Ive never delt with such a shambolic set up. First of all they asked for more rent than the property was advertised for (Due to some made up story someone had offered more) and then let the house out in appalling condition - despite promising it would be pristine. We have listed over 20 faults with the property that should have been addressed before we moved in, including faulty central heating and the fact half the lights had blown. A feature of a fireplace turned out to be a dirty piece of paint splattered cardboard. It was
