The infamous curry mile! Rusholme is the last stop before passing the University of Manchester and then on into the city centre. The main Wilmslow/Oxford Rd (B5093) runs straight through Rusholme meaning no shortage of public transportation. Although Rusholme is closer then say Fallowfield or Withington, the property prices tend to be lower then the latter.

Ash Residential have the most experienced lettings team in Manchester. the company is headed by directors Jonathan and Tracie ash who have both been in the business since the early 1980's, the office management team headed by Linda berry has over 20 years experience herself.

We keep a close eye on the Manchester lettings and sale markets, looking at seasonal trends, price changes, local availability and competition, to make sure we are doing our best for landlords and tenants.We look to be at the forefront and not in the pack. The company was one of the first to be under the lettings and sale ombudsman schemes in Manchester as an independent agent.
