I had an issue with my direct debit for a monthly rent payment. The money was withdrawn but then refunded to my account, so I sent over a manual payment. Later that day the direct debit was taken again which meant Id paid rent twice. I got in contact with Relationship Manager, Megan Copson who checked this and issued a refund. All correspondence was quick and easy and the refund was issued hassle free. Would recommend, thanks Megan!

We have used the services of Julian Wadden in Heaton Moor for 5 years now, initially buying property 5 years ago, then they let and managed our property on 2 occasions totalling 3.5 years while we were living in Spain; and now to sell our property. On every occasion we have found all the staff very professional and efficient and always very pleasant and customer focused. All our emails were responded to quickly and they always followed through with any queries bringing resolution. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but for Lindsey at Julian Wadden it is a must. I became accidental landlord a few years ago, however as time moved on I needed to sell the property. I tried to issue the eviction notices myself to the tenants but messed up on small hidden pitfalls that Youtube & Google generation do not tell you about. As a result wasted so much valuable time.
Lindsey and her team at Julian Wadden were amazing, there were industry knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Not only did they guided me, preventing additional mistakes, they were calming and explained the whole procedure

We've had a consistently positive experience with Julian Wadden and in particular with Megan C. In what has been a challenge situation, she has provided us with constant communication and updates, and has always remained professional, friendly and positive over the phone. She's really eased a stressful time and made sure we're aware of everything we need to be each step of the way with our new tenancy. We really appreciate the effort she's put in to help with our questions in a such a proactive manner. We've also had very quick responses from the rest of the team if we've needed anything fixed

The management team have been very professional throughout the time they have managed my property over the last 8 years. My most recent tenancy was challenging and Katie did a brilliant job of sheltering me from the issues being raised in the management of the property, and providing timely communication to keep me updated. This has helped massively at a time when many other stresses were also present.
