Wow! From meeting Dean to accepting an offer (over what we were expecting) took two weeks. Those two weeks included Christmas and New Year! The whole team were exceptional, arranging all our viewings over two days and co-ordinating offers to give us an fantastic offer. Would not hesitate to use again. We've just purchased our first house through Arc Homes and whilst we weren't sure what to expect, Angela gave us all the information we needed and chased through all of the solicitors and all of the vendors to make sure everyone was up to date and and that we were aware of what was outstanding. Well where do i begin, i used Arc Homes to sell my property, from the moment Deane walked through the door, not a random sales worker, but the Big Boss came to value my house and do the whole sales pitch thing that a few agents had done for us in the weeks before, most professional pitch, genuine, and honest, no slimmy sales talk, we choose them straight away before he had left, he didnt know it but we had, me and my wife did the "Nod"
