I am the co owner of a buy to let property which was purchased 14 years ago. This is my first and only property and I had no idea what being a landlord involved . We used Deans as they have a good reputation in the area where the property is and from the outset they were excellent. My first contact was with Carole the manager and she was so professional and organised with a fantastic team of staff who are experienced and fully trained in all the requirements involved in renting out a property.
