I am a landlord and used this estate agents for property rental management. I agreed for work to be done by his contractors but he does not follow up and check that work has been completed. He requests the payments before checking work has even been done. I used his approved contractor to do the EICR and the remedial works resulting from this was completed contrary to the regulations. I had paid Alex Jones to organise these works on my behalf and when the problems came to light he made it very clear he was not responsible. After leaving his services, it came to light he had not organised
