Waited a week to be contacted from the lettings department and nothing, then a rude lady informed me I wouldn't meet their standards as a tenant. I am actually accredited Stoke Land lord and very disappointed to find out that their stress tests for renting is the same as buying. Poor service and bad staff take your business else where!

Avoid if possible, unusual way of handling offers from the buyers is something that I have never experience in my property investments over 20 years with many properties I have acquired with the UK other Estate Agents , I offered highest on a property waiting over 7 days to get an answer from this Estate Agent, been the highest offer all the way(according to them) but finally they said that the Vendor decided to give an opportunity to first time buyer with a lower offer. The whole episode is very suspicious and they may select the people who they need to give the properties by convincing the Vendors

Absolutely appalling service of an elderly couple trying to downsize in their later years. Homeless for 2.5 months, took 9 months to process through due to the unprofessionalism of the staff member dealing with it due to nepotism. A formal complaint is going to be made.
