We have been renting a property through bespoke for the past 2 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. All issues are resolved in a timely manner and the staff are all very friendly. We recently had an issue with a leak in the bathroom of the property and it was decided that it needed a complete overhaul. The communication was fantastic throughout and I cannot praise them highly enough. We have rented from a few agents in the past but bespoke is by far the best we have used. Keep it up guys!

We moved our property full management to Bespoke Lettings last year after having terrible experience with our last letting agent. Penny and her team proved that we made the right choice! They're always responsible and polite. There were a few maintenance happened in our property, they sorted out really quick and gave us updates. All these costs are also very transparent and reasonable, no more shocking bills like our last letting agent any more! We definitely recommend this agent to all the landlords!
