Absolutely fantastic! Bought and sold our house through Irlam Estates and had a really positive experience on both occasions. Sold in June 21 and Allan Finch was amazing. We were in a chain which fell through at the bottom (twice) but Allan had viewings booked and offers in within days on each occasion. Allan was always proactive to ensure everything stayed on track and his communications with me and all other parties was outstanding. If you want to make the buying/selling process as stress free as possible with a great value, professional and friendly agent, then Irlam Estates is the one for you
