Horrendous Experience. All the staff are delightful but would be far better fiction writers than Estate Agents. It has taken 10 months for them to complete the sale of my rental property; a property that last September they said would sell like 'hot cakes. In March I had to ask why there had been very few, if any viewings? Suddenly, apparently, we had . 7 viewings . Three offers; one cheeky, one the full amount (but the gentleman had apparently not sold his property) and one for a little less but the young lady had all her finances in place and no chain. What a great pity this was not the truth

If you are looking to purchase a new property either a house, bungalow or a flat then pop on past Whittaker & Biggs in Congleton for first class service from all the dedicated and friendly staff. If you want to rent your property they provide this service also. We were clients of Whittaker & Biggs for some time and were very pleased with their service.
