It's been great welcoming new and returning faces to the club. Hearing how good it makes you feel to be back makes us very happy - we appreciate all the feedback. Indoor classes are back and our studios are rocking! We're so excited and can't wait to see you in the studio soon!. Stunning indoor swimming pool for fitness or leisure plus sauna, steam and jacuzzi for post exercise relaxation.

Studio classes include the ever popular Les Mills and are taught by our fantastic team of instructors. Track your progress with our Tanita body scanner and Technogym MyWellness fitness tracker. Great tools to keep you motivated! We have taken the greatest of care to prepare for the safe re-opening of the club.

Our personal bespoke approach at the start of your membership will not only get you up and running in the club but will give you the opportunity to try something new, focus on your training, and keep things fresh and interesting. This session is all about understanding you and your goals. We'll complete a health check and full body composition analysis with our Tanita Scales, before giving you a detailed tour of the gym and the facilities.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. HIIT training is scientifically proven to be the most effective way for club members to push boundaries and see results.

Each workout uses the latest music and training techniques to push members hard, combining bursts of intensity, where they work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare them for the next effort.Originally created to assist ballet dancers in rehabilitation from injury. Pilates concentrates on strengthening core muscles such as the abdominals and back to improve mobility.
