If you are looking to move, you can absolutely trust LentinSmith. I rented a flat in Harrogate for over 2 years and it has been an absolute breeze. From the move in to the move out process, everything went super well. If we had any issue with the property, it was dealt with promptly and smoothly, even during the pandemic which is very much appreciated. Definitely the best lettings agency I have rented with. I contacted LentinSmith about a month ago after seeing an advertisement on Rightmove having never heard of them before. What an absolute pleasure it has been to deal with such a great estate agency. These guys are the standard you should hold other agencies to. They were professional and demonstrated a genuine commitment to act in the best interests of both me and their Landlord and found me a beautiful home. The application process was simple and speedy and Ive been kept informed throughout. I cannot recommend Laura highly enough!

I have just travelled 2 hours for a viewing at a property (1615). Recieved a text saying agent was running 30 mins late so I waited and returned to property at 1645. Called the Lentinsmith and they advised that the agent had been and gone. No courtesy phone call, no offer to return to the property, poor service and a massive waste of my time!!

This is to all traders DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT PAY YOU!! All the people in this office are only nice when they receive money, they pass calls from one person to another and just say they are out on lunch or they are on the phone. They are really unprofessional. I provided a same day call out service to repair a leak, they made me buy all the materials, and install everything with my company money, only to tell me in the end they had no money to pay me. Very unprofessional business Absolutely Rude staff.

We had a few frustrating months with another letting agent before we decided to change. I am so glad we did! Laura (and the rest at Lentin Smith) have been absolutely wonderful with finding us a good tenant for a new development Conditioning House in BD1. I would not hesitate at the slightest to recommend this firm, especially for Conditioning House, due to their experience with this development.
