Very welcoming when you are a potential client but then disown you completely when you enter a contract with them. Unable to get hold of when needed. Very poor attitude when placing complaints regarding the property. High expectations from tenants but no returns.

They are ok, not bad on repairs. My landlord is tight but it's not their fault, all in all pretty good and I would recommend them .

Called to book a viewing for a property they had for sale. I could only do Saturdays. The woman I spoke to told me they didn't usually do weekend viewings (not very good for an estate agent)
She said she would call back when she had found out whether they could accommodate. I had a feeling no call back would materialise which is what happened. Will be contacting the owner of the property that was for sale directly to find out whether they are aware their estate agent is turning down interested parties.

Having rented a property through Locate for the last three and half years they have always been helpful, professional, responsive to any issues and easy to deal with! They offer good quality properties at very reasonable prices compared with several other agencies that I looked through, and have always been very honest and upfront throughout, from initial viewings, my time as a tenant and on leaving the property.
Cannot recommend them highly enough to any people looking to rent through them as they have always gone above and beyond. Quick and easy inspection at the end of the tenancy and returned
