Report
Any maintenance issues that arise during your tenancy need to be reported directly to us so please email us at targetpty@aol.com. Once we have been informed about an issue we will deal with it in priority order. In the event of an out of hours emergency, please check your handbook or the information sheet in the entrance hall where an emergency contact number is provided.

If you can't find what you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you would like to change suppliers, you're welcome to do so but first you must register with the existing supplier from the start date of your tenancy agreement.
