We bought our retirement apartment through Alan Cooke's and because of our experience asked them to market our house for us. Jeremy and Nicola did a totally professional job for us and basically held our hands all the way to completion. They dealt with every aspect of the sale for us and were in constant communication particularly during the "wobbly" times! I honestly never thought I would recommend an estate agent after past experiences up and down the country but recommend Cooke's unreservedly. Thankyou Jeremy Nicola and Trevor.
