I sold my property using Robert watts. We were in a chain of 4, being the only property in the chain that wasnt using an online only estate agent. If it wasnt for the staff at Robert watts getting involved with every person in the chain, effectively doing the job of 4 estate agents in the end process, I doubt we would have completed even now! The staff in the office were heavily involved speaking with solicitors and helping to move things along. They were responsive with my viewing feedback and quick to contact me when people wished to arrange viewings. I have been 100% satisfied from the

Recently sold and purchased with Robert watts. James, Jenny, Lisa and Nicky were fantastic. From the moment James came to our house to value our property I knew that they were a brilliant estate agents.
Buying a house can be extremely stressful and Jenny and her team were very supportive. They took the stress away from us and were there every step of the way... Robert Watts estate agents made the whole process of selling my house very easy and painless , from the first correspondence of me asking for a valuation to final day of handing the keys over they were very efficient and friendly and if you popped into the office they always had a smile on there face . As soon as the house was on the market i was kept well informed of any viewings and then any offers that came along , you can also go online and keep a check of this yourself which i found very useful and informative and lets you know how things are progressing . They have kept myself and my buyer
