Couldnt recommend MHS enough! Really friendly and helpful staff, right from the viewings to the signing of our contract. At the end of our tenancy we had some issues with our landlord and MHS helped to ensure we got all the money we were owed. Highly recommend!

Rang them so they could explain the very excessive cost associated with a service. Was told someone would ring back. No one bothered. Appalling service at extortionate rates. Dont bother. 0 stars!

WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!
Cowboy agency! Me and my 5 friends let a propery through MHS Lettings last year. Mark (who I believe to be the manager) sold us the house and promised the whole property would be painted, perfessionally cleaned, damp issues resolved (which Mark ensured was caused by tenants) and carpet would be changed. The agency constantly kept contacting us and nanging us for payments witch was made at the time of signing! After almost a dozen calls and emails they finally stopped nagging us!
Foward to move in day my housemates came to collect keys from MHS Lettings however

Many positive reviews; seems odd. The people I have spoken to have nothing but bad things to say about MHS, myself included. Very unhelpful - slow to respond, do not take responsibility nor hold themselves accountable. If you are signing as a student, or any one - please remember to fully read through your contract. You are well within your rights to question and change your contract. Had I not done so, it would have been a very expensive year.
