after determining the price and date, he forgot about the vacation, postponed by 7 days, then when, due to my fault, the chakal 2 hours for the key to the property demanded 70 pounds, which was not a problem, after the next week he added another 140 pounds.

Recently purchased a property through Richard Kendall estate agents, Wakefield and dealt with Karen Preece exclusively throughout the purchase. We recently had to sell my mothers property and from valuation to completion the whole process was handled really efficiently. Throughout the sale we were regularly updated as to progress by Catherine and her team and everything went really smoothly. We used one of Richard Kendall's panel of solicitors who were equally as good and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Kendall in Wakefield if you are considering the sale of a property. Seamless service and they really took the stress out of dealing with the sale.

We used Richard Kendall to buy our first home, at first we was sceptical as we have been dealing with the letting office in Horbury and have found them to be quite unprofessional. However after speaking to Karen our faith was restored she did everything that she Said she would do and kept us up to date with any development no matter how big or small. Even after completion of sale she called to advise us of updates that we needed to be made aware of.
