This was my first time letting my house and I felt reassured by comprehensive advice from Daniel on what needed doing to get the house ready to let. Subsequent advice from Nichola was also very helpful in this regard. When the marketing process was underway it all went smoothly and Nichola and Tom provided me with plenty of relevant facts to help me in the difficult task of choosing among all the applications from prospective tenants. Danny did a great job with my house purchase. It was a tricky purchase and we had to meet a tight deadline. Whilst searching for a property Hardisty's made everything more difficult. Dismal organisation, told on numerous occasions that they would call back to arrange viewings on properties but didn't and then subsequently called for feedback on the property we hadn't been given the opportunity to see. Generally the feedback process is very frustrating as they'd call for feedback on different properties 5 times over the working day and we were told they couldn't do this over 1 call. We discussed making an offer on a property which they dismissed and we later found out that it had gone for this value

Tom and his team were of great assistance in us securing a home. The communication was on point all issues were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Honest and ethical - I overpaid my deposit and Tom was honest to inform me and did a refund for the extra payment (rare breed to find in the world we are living in today)
