2A The Green. South Kirkby. Tenants beware! From a failure to deal with rising damp, underfloor and in wall leaking pipes, a hole in the kitchen floor and torn lino flooring causing injury to my toddlers toe and being unresponsive in giving the deposit back I'd personally not recommend. Part the estate agents, part the landlords fault. We received an invalid section 21 notice just for asking for the repairs. We left anyway as the conditions got so bad. The house is now due to be sold or relet. I'd suggest avoiding the purchase of the property unless the price reflected the repairs due. I wouldn

I used FSL Estate Agents when looking for a property to rent in Wakefield. The service I received was very professional and everyone I contacted was extremely helpful. The lettings and property manager, Aidy, couldnt have been more helpful. His knowledge of the property and the local area was excellent, he was very patient and more than willing to answer any question I had to ask. Thank you.
