It's not the intrinsic value of an item of jewellery or watch, but the emotional attachment that comes with every piece of jewellery that you buy. You can work directly with our goldsmith to design the perfect piece of jewellery, just for you.
We have an on-site Jewellery & Watch Repair Workshop with almost all repairs carried out in-house. You can book a repair in with us or find out a progress report on your repair. We also offer a be-spoke service and can even offer a service allowing you to finish your wedding rings with our on-site goldsmith.

Our St. Mary Street store dates back as a jewellers as far as 1896; originally known as 'Kingston Brothers', we are Cardiff's oldest Independent Jewellery store. It is this heritage that we pride our service and traditional values upon, and this ties into the look and many of the fittings and furnishings within the shop.
Watch Repairs & Servicing

Begin by completing the form with all relevant details, or bring your watch in to one of our stores. Once we have received your watch, one of our members of staff will contact you with an estimate to provide you with details of any and all repairs that need to be carried out.
Having been given the go-ahead to service your watch, it is then completely stripped down, cleaned and overhauled and repairs carried out where necessary and replacement parts added where necessary.Finally the watch case is completely refurbished to bring your watch back to its original condition.

It is advised that you have your items of jewellery & watches appraised every 3-5 years to keep up with current market values. Whilst your item of jewellery is with us, we will have them checked over in our on-site workshop to determine the condition/s of the item/s and whether any repair/s need to be carried out.
