Needed my wedding ring made larger as lockdown hadn't been nice to me! Matt took on the challenge and talked me through the process. He tried to do the enlargement while I waited, but as the ring had some hair line cracks in it, it wasn't possible, so I left it with him. He called me a few days later as promised, to advise that the ring was ready. When I came in to pick it up, he did some minor tweaking to make it a perfect fit. The ring looks great, Matt made the whole experience simple and his work is excellent. I have been in a few times before, and these experiences fill you with trust and

My mum went into here twice to get a sentimental ring valued. The first time their customer service was good and they reassured her they could clean and value the ring. Today she returned to have it done and they were rude and abrupt with her. They told her completely different information about the ring and refused to even look at repairing it or cleaning it. My mum was really upset, not only at the completely different information, but the manner in which she was spoken to and treated.

Always a good experience, staff are friendly personable and can't do enough to get your big moments right. They helped me with my engagement ring for my wife, anniversary present (diamond studs), and my wife and my wedding band. The band I wanted was no longer available for order, so they had one hand made, which I much prefer. They did a fantastic job. They gave me a much better offer and better-looking ring than the lab created diamond i originally considered online. My wife was over the moon. I'd definitely recommend! Second to none!!!

I've visited twice now and both times i've had exceptional service. First time was to find a specific watch for my husband and they went above and beyond to get me the right one in time for his birthday. The second time was to repair my engagement ring and it looks better than it did when I first got it! You just don't find service like this anymore and a lot of places could learn a thing or two from here.
