I had my palladium engagement ring resized smaller and they did a lovely job! They were so friendly and kind, made me feel confident that my ring was in good hands. The guy they sent my ring to did a fabulous job, the engraving inside my ring was untouched and I can't even tell where it was resized! Very pleased.

Wonderful jewellers, they resized my husband's palladium wedding ring within a week (we left it to the last minute) in plenty of time for our wedding. The team are so knowledgable and so giving with their advice without you feeling that you are wasting their time, as is so often the way. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and efficient. A traditional family jeweler; not the usual high-street mass-produced product. They went the 'extra mile' to find what I was after.
