The friendly staff helped me settle on a creative direction, giving me lots of price and design options, and made a lovely, very unique necklace. I had an old ring that needed remodelling, the lovely staff helped me choose the right designer to use. Throughout the process they were very helpful. They even sent pictures and videos of the ring as it was made, asking for my input at each stage. I have ended up with a beautiful, individual ring by Ami Pepper that is stunningly beautiful. I will wear it everyday!

We first visited with my daughter to have a ring made for her birthday and were so pleased with the whole experience that we did the same with my younger daughter. Neither had a clear idea of the design they wanted but Anne was able to combine making suggestions and talking through options with giving them the space to develop their ideas and decide on a design. Anne was extremely patient and helpful and the girls really love their rings. I have recently had a necklace made based on a much loved necklace that had tarnished. I am really pleased with it and had complete faith that Anne would make
