What a fantastic service Wilkins Jewellers offers. I had a couple of ladies watches requiring new batteries or so I thought. I took them to Wilkins Jewellers completely Covid safe. Both had corroded terminals, one was cleaned and there was sufficient charge in the battery not to be changed the other was too badly corroded and was beyond economical repair.
Astounding for this service there was no charge not even for the labour element . What fantastic service. Thank you.

Needed my ring repaired after losing a stone from it... the stone needed was a tear shaped petal in pink sapphire which i wasnt sure id get a match for... i put it in wilkins and their team was very helpful! They told me options which could be made if a match was not found etc... They did indeed find a match! And my ring looks amazing and all for a very low cost!!! i was expecting it to be very expensive fix but it wasnt! i was also so reluctant to put my ring in someone elses hands having friends who have had bad experiences elsewhere!
