I bought a ring as a surprise Christmas present for my wife. Fitzgerald knew this was a surprise as I arranged with them the specific time when I could sneak away to collect the ring. The surprise was however ruined when, two days before Christmas, they posted out a receipt for the ring address to my wife! Thanks for that.

Very pleased with the service in this jewellery store! I ordered a pair of cufflinks and a matching pendant for my brother's wedding. The pendant is for my future sister-in-law. I've shown a picture of them to the artist in store to have an idea of their looks and told her a bit about them so she can create something to match their personalities. Both pieces have common features yet not the same but complement each other. I would definitely recommend this store and will most probably come back for more memorable pieces of jewellery to celebrate important moments in life.
