Twenty years ago we met the A Simmonds people at their then Park Mall shop. We were so pleased with what we saw, what we experienced, that no other jeweller has been patronised in the last almost 20 years. The customer care which we have, without fail, experienced on each visit, is unparalleled in our experience. The lengths to which the staff go to make sure we get what we want makes shopping a pleasure. The latest shop in County Square is delightful and we visit regularly. Quality of goods is first class and their "backroom boys" never fail to exceed our requests. We would love to single out

Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. For my birthday I wanted something small to mark the occasion with particular stones. The managed to find 2 things for me within my price range and I cannot wait for my next birthday to come around so I can pop in for something new.
