Friendly, professional, courteous and just genuinely nice. Took my signet ring there to be resized using gold from a chain from my recently deceased grandmother. They totally understood the sentimental nature of the work they were undertaking and put me totally at ease. The work itself was carried out quickly and to the highest standard.
