Had the special fish and chips at 11.60 which was good and included a drink but really surprised to be charged an extra 30p for the tartar sauce, not something I have had to pay extra for in other Fish & Chip restaurants.

Fantastic food and huge portion size! Their fish tasted very fresh and the batter was done right! The fish curry was surprisingly delicious and came with both chips and rice. We also upgraded the chips to a cheesy version which was amazing! The service was fast, the seats were spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a quick but fine meal out.

Food was great. Toilets modern and clean. Price is reasonable. Only 1 ale to offer, our table service was neglected as we had to leave the table to order desert and coffee. We got accidentally charged for 2 items we didn't have, we noticed after and got the refund.

Amazing, fresh and hot food, delicious, served as a high standard and on an affordable price. The best fish and chips in North Devon, we had an extra nice size of fish along with our cod and chips as we were new customers. Friendly staff, nice location, clean restaurant. Very satisfying food.

Restored my faith in gorgeous great British fish and chips. Even the decaff tea tasted like tea for once. Service was excellent and good value....after experiencing many overpriced meals of less quality in the area. Just hope it keeps the same integrity for next time we make in down to Devon.

Use to get takeaway from here when we were on holiday in the area, it was always really tasty. Booked into the restaurant this time round and the fish was still excellent. Well cooked, flakey and not too much batter. Good portion sizes for the price. If you love fish and chips you have to visit.
