Stayed in villa type room. Room was lovely but a macerator going all night in the next room was very noisy

If staying here with the hotel don't bother. I'm not sure my room had been cleaned in a while judging by what was stuck to the sides of my toilet (there wasn't even a toilet brush for me to clean it off myself!) and the bits stuck to my feet from the floor. There was also an emergency light of some sort that glowed a fair bit in my room making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The bedding wasn't that great either. The food served was okay but definitely overpriced for what it is.

Overall a good experience. Our room was at the end of the drive where it would appear dog owners get to stay. Although there wasn't a lot of animal noise, being in a room below a dog, the patter of paws could be a bit annoying, but tolerable. Some thought by management as to allocation of rooms needed. Restaurant and bar facilities good. Staff excellent.

A very nice stay for a family of 4 for 5 nights. Room is a really good standard but could benefit from a little fridge. Tv is great although signal isnt. Bathroom to a very good standard too. Food is good as are the drink options. The access to the bar/arcade/bowling is a great addition. Discounted tickets to the attached farm was a big bonus too. Would happily stay here for work or pleasure. Only thing that would be helpful is on longer stays if you would automatically get towel/toilet roll without having to ask reception but appreciate that is a Covid /staff related issue specific to 2020

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff generally very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was ok: food was ordinary and service not particularly attentive.
