About Us
Report
Principle Group came together to respond to a problem that we believed wasn't really being dealt with by traditional Pilates or Physiotherapy services. Our Physiotherapists were treating more and more clients that were on a merry-go-round of injury, treatment and re-injury and who were struggling to find a long term solution to their problems.

I was lucky enough to enjoy a fabulous career as a competitive windsurfer, winning National, European and World titles and representing Great Britain in the British Olympic Squad. During this time I developed an interest in anatomy, sports science and Pilates so when it came to deciding what to turn my hand to as a career once my competitive windsurfing drew to a close I decided to teach Pilates.

If you are of that persuasion then listen to Chrissy Connelly explain why Pilates should be a 'go to' exercise system for any sportsperson serious about their performance.
