Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm, with extended access options available through the Northampton GP Extended Access service during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Prescriptions can be ordered online through the NHS App or AccuRx, collected from local pharmacies, or delivered directly. How can I book a GP appointment?
You can book appointments through the NHS App, AccuRx online system, by phone during opening hours, or in person at our reception. Urgent appointments are available daily.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday 8am-6:30pm. The surgery is closed weekends and Sundays. Extended access appointments are available through the Northampton GP Extended Access service.
How do I order repeat prescriptions?
Use the NHS App, AccuRx online system, or email our dispensary team. Paper requests can be submitted in person or through the black box outside the surgery.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Call 999 for life-threatening emergencies. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues when we're closed, use NHS 111 online or call 111 for medical advice.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visits are available for patients who are housebound or too unwell to travel. A doctor may contact you first to discuss your condition before arranging a visit.

The usual GP/doctor I talk to is great and helpful, but other than that I'm not satisfied. I seem to never be able to get an appointment, either through the app or when I finally get through to a person on the phone. Today's call took 25 minutes to get through, but luckily I got one for two weeks time. Its like winning the lottery.

Attended appointment with my 12 years old, doctors focus was completely on number of appointments he is making rather than patient care. totally ignored the child as he repeatedly saying I got millions people waiting out there for me a utterly disrespectful attitude towards minor patient, when he said I read the story from the last appointment and didnt let child speak that his pain is worse than before.
