Changing GP was the best decision I made! There is no quality of care and I felt neglected. The doctor didnt really care about my problem and are always in a rush to get through their appointments. Its always a new doctor whom you have to repeat yourself to. I once asked to see a doctor and got referred to a nurse instead who didnt bother looking at my medical history and was going to give me wrong medication. My new GP have done more for me in a day than Shefa MP has done in a year. My new GP referred me to see a district nurse every week and referred me to the hospital. Shefa MP never

Reception is very poor they hardly answer the phone even if they answer they don't give you appointment and then talks back to you.

By far the worst GP I've ever been too. Incompetent staff with ridiculous policies. Receptionists/Doctors are always late with repeat prescriptions, receptionists are rude an uncooperative. If you have a complaint they don't allow you to lodge it, nor allow you too speak with your so called GP. I've put up with this GP for around a year and I still haven't seen the doctor I've been assigned too. If I could give this sorry excuse of a GP lower than 0 stars I would.
