We serve the area of Leicester City Central, and look after a population of over 4500 patients. All of our staff aim to work together to provide the best service for all our patients within the time and resources available to us in the National Health Service. Accept in full the terms of the Practice-Patient Charter with regard to the responsibilities of patients. To go ahead and register you must complete the following documents and bring them in to reception. You will be offered a new patients health check once we have registered you on the system. Prescription Information

If your doctor wishes you to have a repeat prescription you will be issued with a SystmOne computer generated tear off slip attached to your prescription with a medication review date and other messages. Please read the messages for your benefit. Return your slips to the surgery either in person, online, by post or through a pharmacist at least two working days before you require the prescription.
