I purchased my property in London thought David Astburys, and I got a great service from them. Matthew Norris was the agent who showed us the property. From the beginning he was honest and clear with the flat conditions, and he helped us getting a good deal that matched the Seller's and my goals. During the process, he was very responsive (less than 24h in every email), and we were able to see the property multiple times before the exchange of contracts. At the end of the process, the agent Carmen Chong was key to complete under the desired timescales. General feedback/recommendation for the company

I have had an amazing experience with David Astbury's especially Marc, who from the start was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have managed to find a property we love and all in quick time. Marc made sure all of our needs were catered for and put forward his ideas for the best possible outcome. Very professional and one of the nicest managers I have come across whilst renting in london - this should be recognised as Marc is clearly a valuable member of the team.

Me and my partner we were looking for a new flat to rent and David Astburys found exactly what we were looking for, and that was their first try and our first viewing. We loved the passion that Billy has put in showing us the flat, kind and available for any question. We had some trouble with some references through Rightmove unfortunately, but the professionalism of Yianni got us through the references, he did an amazing job, kind, and always available for anything, we couldnt do it without him. Last but not least, Kinal, that took care about every aspect of the contract. Thank you guys

I could not recommend going through David Astburys enough!
Having searched for a new home for the past couple of months, we had lots of negative experiences with estate agents in London. It seems making empty promises and not staying in touch is a trait that many agencies around London share...
Thankfully all that changed when we went through David Astburys! I'm not sure whether it's the fact that they're so professional and down to earth, or that they're extremely responsive and guided us so effortlessly through the whole process (which seems to be rare for most estate agents...) that pleased

The best agency I have worked with since I moved to London. I prefer working with smaller agencies that have a human side, time to listen and the patience to find the right place for you. I have had to move a few times over the last years and I keep going back to David Astburys. Tas and Marc have always been super helpful and responsive. I am not the easiest tenant of all...with very specific requirements/needs for a quality home. The team has always been very professional and kind trying their very best to help me find a new home. :)
