Avoid at all costs, they'll do anything to avoid giving you your deposit back. Moved out of my flat earlier this year, and they spent a good few weeks trying to argue and get money out of our deposit, despite us having paid for a cleaner for an end of tenancy clean. When trying to justify the extortionate costs taken out of our deposit, they said that they had "kindly not charged us for getting Hyperoptic installed without landlord permission" - to which I forwarded an email from the landlord granting us permission. They're replying to bad reviews saying that they have no role in deposit deductions

Christine has been an exceptional property manager of the flat I rent. After a routine inspection earlier in the week, Christine promptly liaised with my landlord and as a result any issues I had were quickly resolved no matter how minor they were. Through her professional yet friendly approach, it was only natural for me to feel valued and understood as a tenant.
