I am sorry that there is not option for 0 star, because they deserve it. Such a bad and painful experience with this team:
First of all, once i moved in , i didnt have invetory check together with agent (which is highly unfair) and got inventory check in after 4 weeks
As i was probably the first tenant in the flat (which was before most likely office which was turned in living places because of covid) some things were not working since beggining.
Thermostat for temperature control wasnt working and i got someone to check it after 1 month. Thankfully i had still my previous flat in use for 3

I've been a tenant for over 3 years at one of the apartments in Fitzrovia managed by RIB. It has been the best estate agency experience I've had so far due to their professionalism and prompt responses. The senior property manager, Rosy, is particularly excellent - she is super responsive, friendly and any maintenance issues are always dealt with swiftly. Highly recommended!
