As a prospective (first-time) tenant for the incredibly competitive housing market, I was intially overwhelmed. An incredibly helpful agent (Nick) was able to bring some clarity to contracts and what was in our best interests to secure our chosen property. References permitting, we're moving into a lovely flat that Nick and his team have helped us secure. They have been responsive, patient and professional at every stage of the process so far.
